This mixed-use area has been and continues to be developed through public and private investment with a strong emphasis on creating and cultivating an authentic and thriving arts community in North Texas.
In addition to showcasing some of the most walkable and green-space dense areas in North Texas, the Arts District is home to several of Dallas’ most prominent cultural institutions including the AT&T Performing Arts Center, which holds more than 500 performances and brings 900,000 visitors to the campus each year.
